Do you have a long layover in Qatar? I did. Qatar is a great country for a long layover. When arriving in Qatar you have a few choices when it comes to how to spend your layover. You can organize a guided tour through the airport, get your guide, etc, or you can do what I did, explore the city (Doha) independently.

Is Vietnam on the top of your travel bucket list? If it’s not, well then it should be! I had never thought of visiting Vietnam either until I saw an episode of Anthony Bourdain’s “Parts Unknown” & instantly fell in love with it. It also happens to be one of Bourdain’s favorite places. I’m an avid Anthony Bourdain fan, so if he loved a place, then it has to be good!
