For those that know me, I am nerd when it comes to animals, and getting to witness animals in their natural habitat is one of my favorite things to do. Malapasqua Island – Thresher Shark Diving
Hello! You may or may not know, but I have a fascination with the ocean and also am very fascinated with sharks. I think they are beautiful creatures and some I would even call cute. In the Philipines there is a small island off the northern tip of Cebu that is well known to have regular sitings of the elusive Thresher Shark.

Mountain gorilla tracking has been high on my wish list. This fall I flew all the way to Entebbe, Uganda (the pearl of Africa) to do a three day safari to get up close and personal with mountain gorillas.
