In November of 2023 we got invited to a Vegas wedding!

Vegas is an amazing city. What is great about it is that you can make the experience your own, whether you enjoy going to casinos, clubs, adult entertainment, shows, food, you can find it here in Vegas. We spent our time in Las Vegas mostly attending wedding events. In between the wedding events we decide to make a game of finding the best loaded Bloody Mary in town.

Bloody Mary Mission

Every morning for breakfast we woke up and had a different loaded bloody. Our favorite? The second picture at Famous.

Other activities

We did so much more than eat/drink Bloody Mary’s. We drove by the sphere, we ate at Hells Kitchen, went to a couple of buffets (like the Bacchanal), walked around the strip, and went to a Circue de Soleil show.

Grand Canyon Heli-Ride

I’ve never seen the Grand Canyon. What better way to experience it, but by heli-tour. We booked a tour that left just outside of Las Vegas. We flew right in and landed right in the canyon. What a memorable experience.

Side Trip to Cali

If you have been a regular reader you know my second home is San Diego, and it is where a good bit of my family live like my mom, stepdad, some of my siblings, and my neices. Any time I get the chance, I visit. Las Vegas is just close enough to drive over and spend a couple days with the fam.
